  • Member Rewards
    • Customers who sign up an account with us will automatically be qualified as a member. 

T&Cs

  • Membership Eligibility: The Light Makers Member Rewards Program is open to all customers. To join, customers must sign up on the Light Makers website. Upon registration, customers are automatically enrolled as Gold Members.

 

  • Membership Tiers:
    • Gold Tier: No spending requirement.
    • Platinum Tier: Customers must spend $5,000 (accumulated in history). 
    • Diamond Tier: Customers must spend $15,000 (accumulated in history).

The tier statue is lifetime. It does not expire. 

  • Membership Perks:
    • Gold:
      • $50SGD off during your birthday month (minimum spend of $300).
      • 3% off orders (excludes shipping).
    • Platinum:
      • $50SGD off during your birthday month (minimum spend of $300).
      • 5% off orders (excludes shipping).
    • Diamond:
      • $50SGD off during your birthday month (minimum spend of $300).
      • 8% off orders (excludes shipping).
  • Earning Points:
    • Points can be earned through online purchases, referrals, and participation in social media giveaways.
    • Every dollar spent on the Light Makers website equates to 10 points.
  • Point Redemption:
    • A minimum spend of $300 is required to redeem the points. Points can be redeemed for the following rewards:
      • 100 Points: $10 off your order
      • 500 Points: $30 off your order
      • 1,000 Points: $50 off your order
      • 2,500 Points: 5% off your order 
      • 5,000 Points: 10% off your order
      • 10,000 Points: $200 off your order
      • 20,000 Points: Free Special Mystery Gift
      • 50,000 Points: Free Premium Mystery Gift
  • Point Expiry and Limitations:
    • Points expire one year from the date of the last online transaction.
    • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Program Changes:
    • Light Makers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Member Rewards Program at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through updates on our website and social media channels.
  • Privacy Policy:
    • Participation in the Member Rewards Program is subject to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. 
  • General Conditions:
    • Light Makers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes related to the Member Rewards Program will be resolved at the discretion of Light Makers.

 

  • Brighter Beginnings Promo
    • Customers who are new homeowners/looking to renovate their house will be entitled to a free gift when they purchase lights from Light Makers. They would need to spend $3000.
    • Customers can choose their free gift when they hit the minimum spending. 

T&Cs:

  • Minimum Spend: Participants must spend a minimum of SGD 3,000 in a single transaction to be eligible for the free gift. This can be through an online purchase or a direct transaction at Light Makers' physical store.

 

  • Free Gift: Eligible participants will receive a free gift while supplies last. The nature of the free gift is subject to change, and Light Makers reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

 

  • Limitation: The offer is limited to one free gift per customer. Light Makers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to refuse the offer to any participant not meeting the promotion criteria.

 

  • Campaign Duration: This promotion is valid all year round. Light Makers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

  • General Conditions: Light Makers reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in this promotion is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

  • Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have obtained the participant's consent.

 

  • Referral Program
    • When a user creates an account with Light Makers, they will be able to generate a referral code which can be utilized by their family/friends.
    • The referral code to be used when they are shopping online while checking out.
    • Each time the referral code is used, a 10% discount is given to the recipient and the referrer gains 500 points.

  • Eligibility: The Light Makers Referral Program is open to all registered users of Light Makers who have created an account on our website.

 

  • Referral Code Creation: Upon account creation, users will be provided with a unique referral link/code. This link/code can be shared with family and friends for use during their online purchases at Light Makers.

 

  • Usage of Referral Code: The referral code must be entered at the time of checkout for an online purchase. If they use the referral link, they would have to shop using the link.  This will entitle the recipient to a 10% discount on their purchase.

 

  • E-Store Credits for Referrers: For every successful referral (where the recipient makes a qualifying purchase using the referral link/code), the referrer will receive 500 points to their account. These points can be converted to rewards for future purchases on Light Makers' website.

 

  • Credit Accumulation and Usage: These points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

  • Limitations: The referral program can be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts. Light Makers reserves the right to void any referral suspected of fraud or misuse of this program.

 

  • Campaign Duration: Light Makers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, changes in the amount of e-store credits awarded.

 

  • General Conditions: Participation in the Referral Program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Light Makers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

  • Privacy and Data Use: Any personal data provided during the registration or referral process will be used in accordance with Light Makers’ privacy policy, primarily for the administration of the Referral Program.
